Same as mine and I have a convection oven/microwave.
Lots of ice for the good beverages - DutchmenSportExplorerAnything you can fix in an oven, you can do in an electric skillet or a Dutch Oven over a fire.
When we had no oven in the camper (previous camper), we learned how to bake cakes, cookies, roasts, stews, even pizza using an electric skillet with a lid. Baked potatoes were OK, but found frying them was much easier.
We tried using one of these, but found it was difficult to retain a steady temperature, especially outside. Any wind would cool the temperature so fast, but inside the camper on the stove top it worked pretty well. However, these get very hot, and inside the camper, the risk of bumping into it and getting a burn is pretty high. It's because of using one of these, we navigated to an electric skillet.
Coleman makes these, and they sell for $39. - sdianel_-acct_cExplorerget a small crock pot or Instant Pot and toaster oven and buy things that will fit in them. We look for microwavable things for emergencies. We also grill when we're stopped. I have a pressure cooker for roasts, chicken, etc.

Pre-cooked items like spaghetti sauce, soup, chili. Frozen vegetables.
I avoid using the oven in warm weather because it generates so much heat inside the trailer. - myredracerExplorer IIPopsicles, ice cream & ice cream sandwiches (it is summertime)... :)
Meat, frozen vegs., waffles, bread and probably more. Freezer could be a little bigger. :(
Have never used the oven. How do you light them, lol?? Cooktop has rarely been used. Everything gets done outside on the BBQ and/or single propane burner. - rk911Explorer

When camping with our trailer my freezer is packed with meats, french fries, waffles, turnovers... All stuff I would bake in the oven.
With our B there is no oven and my freezer is always empty.
Give me some ideas... What's in yours?
we dont have a gas oven in our class A MH and instead have a microwave/concection oven. our freezer has the same stuff in it that ee carried when we dud have a gas oven. other than size the MW/C oven can do what a gas oven can do. we can't roast a turkey but we never did that anyway. - wowens79Explorer IIIWe like to get out and go in the mornings, so we keep some microwavable biscuit type items that we can cook quickly, and don't have to clean up.
Ice Cream is a good option also. - JimK-NYExplorer IIDoes that thing have wheels so you can tow it?

That egg does look nice and solid and probably an amazing grill+. I was wondering about the size and weight of it too thinking it is pretty heavy and large even if it is the smaller sized egg.
