I'm trying to find the grades but I can think of two extreme climbs we have towed up. The road to Jefferson Lake was so steep that coming down it was first gear and stand on the brakes, even then we were moving when we hit the bottom.
The other I believe is the logging trail, route 39 between the Pouder canyon and Red Feather lakes. Steep enough that we were in first gear and doing 15 miles a hour, hair pins tight enough that I was glad we were only doing 15 MPH.
Highways are marked for grade, the back roads will scare the heck outta ya.
