I don't really have a horse in this race since I won't be buying a 2014 but if I could change things or offer something new....
Make floor plans modular so a buyer could choose how much and where they want fixtures and furniture.
All recreational vehicles should have 50 amp service. Locate all electrical load centers and monitors in a convenient place.
Add 1" to wall and ceiling dimensions to increase insulation value. Along with this, install a thermal break between framing and inner paneling. Install a vapor barrier. Low E windows standard.
Use a condensing furnace and increase the blower size to lower noise. Offer electric heating element in the furnace. Use ducts that are functional and don't leak.
Install all plumbing above the floor of the RV. Only tanks that are insulated and heated need to be below the floor. Build in air compressor for winterizing with electrically operated drain and bypass valves.
Solar charging and battery capacity increase should be available on models that are used for boondocking. Module tilt and turn (tracking, even) at the flip of a switch. Install power usage monitors with data interface. Offer fuel cell as an option. All LED lighting, standard.
Built in backup/hitch/door cameras and have them usable in a security system.
