I have a Ford E-450 RV and my warranty started the day I bought it. Fortunately I haven't had any trouble except a fuel pump failing after 8 yrs. My local Ford dealership absolutely refuses to work on my RV with the reason it won't fit inside their garage bay doors so I found a service center that works on large trucks and motorhomes as well so I got lucky.
