We did a two walking stick hike on Saturday .
We each needed 2 to ford streams , walk in the snow on a slant and half a 4 point stance in several treacherous spots .
We encountered snow and trails etched into the side of the terrain .
My feet ached for 24 hours because the ground was not level .
Can't beat a good walking stick for difficult terrain hikes .
