When the blackwater is full - really full - would I see liquid right at the opening if I stepped on the foot lever on the toilet?

They work, but I don't get much "resolution". 4 LED lights that indicate full are not that helpful when trying to determine if the tank is full - full.
Easy Peasy, when the third light lights up, dump the tanks. If the fourth light lights up, you are past due to dump.
