When the blackwater is full - really full - would I see liquid right at the opening if I stepped on the foot lever on the toilet?

Those gauge lights are...well...full of it. We dump. One light is on. Make one or two 'deposits' & four lights are on again. This after doing a procedure that puts a few gallons of water into the tank to slosh around after dumping.
We stopped getting frustrated by those stupid lights long ago. We simply do a minimum of three days between dumps & don't go more than seven.
