- DC_MCExplorer IIIHope it’s over soon. Real bad for us full timers. We are still in Arizona but it’s starting to get real hot here. Hopefully stuff will open soon so we can go to Oregon and Washington.

When all this is over, I intend to remember what a miracle it was that we all shared this time of patriotic love for our country, how we gave up our normal routines (and our money) in order to save each other.

It won't be OVER but in a few days my Wife get's a couple "elective" procedures done that were canceled earlier this month. Once they are complete we will head to NW WA to our Summer location and do a lot of Boating in the San Juan Islands and MotorCycle riding!!!
Winner! Good luck to your wife on her procedures.
Thank you!!!
Nothing major, we really trust the Dr's here at Eisenhower Medical in the Palm Springs, CA area.

I don't know when this is going to be over. I'm hoping I still have a job and steady income.
My family does most of our camping and off-road riding in the Mojave desert between November and May. I'm hoping we can fit in one more desert trip before our season is over.
Our beach camping destinations are probably going to be pretty packed, but maybe we can sneak out for a midweek trip. This lockdown has proven that most of can work from anywhere, so I ought to be able to work from the RV while my wife and dogs play on te beach.
Most importantly though, I'm looking forward to finally being able to visit my mom again, as well as the rest of our immediate and extended family. One of our kids is has been stuck in the wilderness since going on a camping trip in February. It's a heck of a way to be "Safer at Home", but I respect the decision. Another one of our kids is a doctor and works in a hospital. I don't expect to see either of them for another couple of months at least.
I also can't wait to casually hang out with friends or go see a movie. I can't wait to sit down at a bar and say "I want to start a tab".
And I want to touch my face. - dedmistonModeratorHi readers. I deleted a particularly gloomy comment and the responses to it.
Being pessimistic isn't against the forum rules, but it's important to stay on topic.
This thread is supposed to be about hope in the future. I hope you can have a little fun with it and keep the discussion headed in the right direction. We could all use some encouragement, motivation, and hope in better days to come.
Hang in there everyone.
