When traveling avoid ATM which can snatch your card

For an eye opener on the subject of debit cards, google on "why no one should use a debit card". We've stopped using ours at all and will probably cancel them. DH prefers to see the money come directly out of the account, and not owe anything on a credit card, but there is just too much potential grief. So now he just monitors the credit card and pays it off online whenever he gets a balance. And the credit card password isn't written down anywhere.
