As camphosts we have seen people miss the hole by 3’ with #2 & do #2 in a urinal…. Also have seen people trying to write their names on the floor with #2! Do you realize how hard it is to dot an I or cross a T?????

I think (hope) you mean "place it in the compost bin" (without the plastic garbage bag) or maybe trash, not "recycling", since I can't imagine that any recycling center wants a garbage bag full of human waste that workers will have to discard.
I'm surprised that municipal compost facilities will accept bagged human waste, my local agency doesn't even want pet waste in the compost bin. - obgrahamExplorerIf it is January (it is), you may need to Hover.
