Is this the place to put this, not sure?
My wife and I don't do a lot of long distance traveling, usually once a year, like now. It's the week between Xmas and New Years and we're a couple lets say our mid to late 40's... We're camped in Biloxi Mississippi at the Boomtown RV park and here we are on Christmas night and the place is dead, what do yall do?
We love sitting outside having some adult drinks, listening to some good country and conversation. Problem, nobodys outside... this isn't new to this place, it's like this at most places we camp...
what's the issue?
The issue is we don't all enjoy campfires and drinking. No - really. I'm very social when approached but have found the world has become increasingly polarized and political (borderline crazy really) The best way to avoid that is to keep to ourselves especially when the liquor flows. As far as fires my breathing doesn't enjoy. We Rv (early 50s) to see spectacular areas and vistas. Making friends is optional (nice when it happens). I'm not anti drinking or socializing. It all has its place.
