I guess I'll state the obvious. RVing together takes a little work for married couples if you want to come home still married (or still alive). I'm trying to figure out how 2 strangers of the opposite sex would do this. Firstly, the sleeping arrangements are rarely set up for equal accommodations for 2 single people. I suppose an equitable time share between the queen bed and the bunkhouse could be worked out, but the interior layout of the RV would need to accommodate that without cutting off privacy in the bathroom. Some fivers have a good layout for this. A motor home with a rear bath and a bunkhouse would work as well.
Then there's the issue of where to go and how long. You'd have to find a person with similar interest and expectations. If one is more into boondocking and the other cannot survive without a hair dryer, someone's going to be disappointed.
I'll bet that in the entire world, I could count on my fingers the number of people who would put up with me in a 35 foot motor home for any extended length of time. Thankfully I married one of them.
