Those are the groups that spring to mind.
I'll occasionally travel with a close friend, but you have to realize that there is very little privacy in an RV. The people I share my trailer with are also the people I have backpacked with and shared tents with. I have known these folks (male and female) for decades, and we're ok with the close quarters. I'd have a really hard time sharing that tight space with a stranger.
