There is a group in Escapees called "SOLOS". These groups are called "Birds of a Feather" or BOF. This group is for people that travel as singles. I do not know if the people in that group can help you but since they are single travelers, they will probably have better information than I can provide. Their web site is at:

The problem will be knowing if you are compatible with your traveling companion, since you do not know them before you start traveling. An RV is very close quarters so you need to get along. This group may have some advice.
