Where can I get one
This is going to sound like a stupid question but where can I get a durable picnic tablecloth that will hold up and I would prefer something that is elastic to hold itself on.

We have vinyl auto upholstery fabric available at Linens & Things or one of the large fabric stores. Avail is several colors and get size you want. Very durable.
