And you would call it a problem despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary? The vast majority of internal combustion engines DO use oil. Some use more than others. Does this come as a shock to you?
Show me a vehicle that "never" does something and I'll show you a bridge I've got for sale...
(OK, a few absolutes come to mind... An original VW Beetle will never blow a radiator, and a Wankel Rotary will never eject a piston or connecting rod... But even they will burn oil!)
