- shadows4Explorer IIIWe keep ours about 15 miles away in a graveled RV storage lot. 24hr access, owner lives on the property, $375 a year. We would like to keep at home but have a HOA. Didn't have an RV when we bought the house. We have kept it in the driveway for up to 2 weeks before with no problems.

KC - roman_travelerExplorerWe have a fully enclosed 22X40 steel building with 50 amp power and heat. The cement floor extends 30 ft past the entrance and serves as a wash and maintenance pad. Although it serves the purpose, I would go longer and wider if I had to do it over.
RT - rhagfoExplorer IIIWhile we are downsizing in preparation for retirement, we don't have space at the sticks and bricks. What we do have is a very secure storage facility, and we have an extra large space! We have one of four spaces across he end of a covered storage shed, it is wide enough that we can fully extend our slides while in the space.

Right where I can see it out my window and wishing it would warm up so I can get camping!
We actually have a paved loop in our backyard which makes it easy to camp at home if we want. Where does your rig stay when not on the road?
Its this time of year that I tell my wife that if she comes home from work and I not here, check to see if the campers gone and if it is! Not to worry, I will see her at the local campground!
