Where do you put your trash can?

I've always used a one gallon plastic bucket under my kitchen sink, and lined with a regular grocery bag. It doesn't hold much, so it gets emptied every day and sometime twice a day, fitting into almost any public waste can en route.
A few years ago, I started bagging plastic bottles, etc in a large kitchen bag I hang on a cabinet knob in a corner, and I do the same with a smaller bag for aluminum cans...those get taken out when they are full and/or when we see a recycle place.

Our rig has an island with room inside of it for one trash can, but we also recycle. The island has a deepish overhang on one side and after much searching for something skinny, found a Rubbermaid covered can about 7x18 (est.) that holds a 13 gallon bag.

I recently found a narrow waste can that I mounted with a couple tie downs and a bungee to the side of the kitchen base cabinet by the entry door. Handy location. It was a bother to keep opening and shutting the cabinet door when the waste can was in there, especially when someone was standing in the passage at the sink.

What I used in sleeper might work in your Class C; I bought a small rectangular plastic trash can. Cut slots to lace strap in corner, hung on back of passenger seat. Used bib-bags for liners, reduced the number of urban tumbleweeds

I have no idea what areas are available in your rig.

I have a small truck camper and found a solution I have used for many years. I have a square, roughly 5 gallon bucket with a bail. It was formerly a hd plastic container for kitty litter. Since it is square it fits in a corner, in my case between my kitchen and the bathroom. I use cheap, kitchen can bag liners from Costco and dump the garbage and trash every day or so.

It is also very useful to have a 5 gallon bucket. I have found all sorts of times I needed it.
