I plan to replace the pin where the bike folds with a bolt so the front part can be completely disconnected (except for the cables). This removes about 6" of height when folded. If you don't mind, once you get this done, can you send me maybe some pictures, or even just some measurements of what size you got it down to by disconnecting the front piece?
