Where on your RV do you put your states visited map?

If my actions were governed by concerns about the resale value of everything that I own, I'd be sitting on the floor looking ot a window of my bedroom. I plan on everything being useless and valueless when I'm done with it. That way, if it ends up with a resale value it is an unexpected bonus.

why? more moving, jostling, twisting of frame/walls/floor/ceiling.

We have ours where the previous owners had theirs. We took theirs off and put one over it, right by our side door. It's fun to see the states fill in. We only put up a state if we stayed overnight and just this rig. Who cares if there is a map on a used one, if it wasn't there, it doesn't mean the rig didn't go that far! Please the wife and enjoy your travels!

Why don't they make magentic ones for the doors? Would they just fall off?

I put mine on a large sheet of clear plexiglass so I can move it from RV to RV and put it where I want it at that time.

Mine ended up along the passenger side of the trailer tongue...


Our really favorite ones ended up next to the front door using the raised or special campground ones.

Can't really help 'cause DW vetoed the idea of a new set of maps on the new-to-us MH. Completed two sets over the years!

We put ours on the front side of the living room slide along with stickers from interesting places we have visited. I also put states on that we have visited without the MH.

We put our map on the front side of the bedroom slide. We put the bumper stickers of places on the front of the living room slide.
