Where to Buy a truck without Binding Aributration
having recently lost big time, I'm looking to buy my next truck where binding arbitration is not required. Anyone know any state, etc., where such is not required? In particular Nissan dealers.

It all lies with your congressional representative, he knows it is going on, he is probably in office today because he helped get it through the process. You are in no position to go up against high paid attorneys, hired to make sure you have no recourse in an all out disagreement, other than by some smuck who sells his services and acts as judge and jury in the sellers interest.
