Where to Buy a truck without Binding Aributration
having recently lost big time, I'm looking to buy my next truck where binding arbitration is not required. Anyone know any state, etc., where such is not required? In particular Nissan dealers.

Binding arbitration has become A LOT more common in recent years. I'm really surprised at the fairly large number of people here that weren't aware of it. Definitely something people should at least become more aware of.
