Where to Buy a truck without Binding Aributration

having recently lost big time, I'm looking to buy my next truck where binding arbitration is not required.
Anyone know any state, etc., where such is not required?
In particular Nissan dealers.

Please elaborate. did you have a lemon law style dispute with Nissan that was settled by mandated binding arbitration?

Binding arbitration? Never heard of such a thing buying something. Make your offer. If not accepted WALK. Are you saying you have to pay to make an offer?
