Where to find custom/rv zippered mattress cover

So I'm buying a custom foam mattress (60x75x5) and now I need to find a (cheap) zippered mattress cover for it. Any ideas where to get one? Everything I find is either full queen and/or 15" thickne...

The Foam Factory makes custom covers for their foam mattresses. You might be able to contact them with dimensions and get one made.
