DAVE _ I don't know what to call it either but if I was putting some in I would definitely plan out some small access points to get to things you really want to get to with having to take some of that stuff down..
I would also make a few PVC CONDUIT runs that start out in the floor of one topside cabinet and go all the way to another top side cabinet floor etc..
There must two or three hundred screws on mine under my fifth wheel... Then you re-run cables etc whenever you want to getting from point A to point B... I use the PVC electrical boxes from LOWES mounted upsidedown under the floor then drill a large two-inch hole thru the middle of them to get thru the floor to the inside of a topside cabinet area. Then connect all of the PVC junction boxes together with 1-inch flexible PVC conduit... Everything is sealed against the weather elements and critters.
