Where to mount a brake controller in a 2014 Toyota Sequoia?

I need to put a brake controller in a 2014 Sequoia. The overly large console limits the available space under the dash to mount it. The steep angle of the dash means I cannot mount it on the lower par...

It may be a difficult choice between the P3 and the RF but it appears either would work. And a check of reviews indicates a high level of satisfaction with each. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences.
