we've stayed at several places in OK City over the years...
- Rockwell RV Park off I-40 on the west side of town. not much to look at but it's clean, quiet and not that expensive.
- Roadrunner RV Park off I-35 south of I-40. sites were a bit tight and again not much to look at but clean and quiet.
- Twin Fountains RV Park just west of I-35/I-44 junction. this was the nicest park in terms of amenities, etc. and not surprisingly the most expensive.
if it's just for one night then I'd choose Rockwell. Roadrunner being off I-35 might be the most convenient for you and would be fine as well. if you were looking to spend a few days in OKC then Twin Fountains would be your place.
good luck.
