Where would you camp each season?
Where do you think the ideal area to camp is for each season, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall?

Honestly, I think I like the places where others are not. If that isn't clear, I like to go in the opposite region as others, for a change. I like the Northern Rockies in Winter, or west to the San Juan Islands. Deserts in Summer and where ever there is fewer in the Fall and Spring. Best week I had this year was January in Island Park, Idaho. When it hit -30* I hit the road. I am not totally whacked. I guess because I have seen most of these places "in-season", doing it out is really fun.
