I have the B&W and it does great.Simple solid design and mine is quiet. Even separated it is a beast to get out of the truck.
My Curt Q20 is a similar design to the B&W Companion. I love it and would get another dual jaw hitch in an instant.
Don't blow out your back trying to lift a 5th wheel hitch in and out of a truck bed. It's pretty easy to install a support in your garage attic across rafters, bolt in a large U-bolt, and hang a chain hoist or or electric winch. I'm using a 2-pulley chain hoist that's at least 50 years old to hoist my hitch in and out of the bed and it works like a charm. It only takes me about 15 minutes to install or remove and the hoist does all the heavy work.
