Make absolutely sure the weather will be great before you commit to anything. You will not want to be stuck inside the MH for any length of time due to bad weather. And make sure restrooms and showers are nearby. State parks often do not have sewer hookups. And they sometimes have a limit on number of people per site.
I hope you are all very good friends and all tolerate each other well. Look at each MH carefully. Bunks are often fairly small. Make sure there are enough larger beds for the adults. Have whatever you need to prepare meals outside. That will take a lot of food prep. Honestly doesn’t sound like a fun time to me. But I am sure some would enjoy it.
