Your not going to enjoy camping in any RV with 7 adults and 4 kids - I don't care how big/expensive a rig you choose. You would be lucky to stick that many in two large RV's. Forgot the advertised capacity - two adults and 2/3 kids is likely the practical capacity of most large rigs.
