Seat belt laws differ for different states. In Florida, mandatory seat belt use applies to cars, pickup trucks, and vans...and a motorhome is none of them. They also only require that the front seat passengers and minors be belted in; adults may legally ride in rear seats without wearing belts.
None of that alters the laws of physics in the event of a crash, of course.
