It doesn't matter where I am in the country: I can always spot a Virginia driver. They are the ones who believe they are going fast enough (the speed limit) in whatever lane is furthest left. Maryland drivers are easy enough to spot too. They are the ones going 20 mph over the speed limit in the furthest right lane (they assume VA drivers are in the left lane). Neither pay attention to what anyone else may be doing or wanting to do. The DC drivers are the ones that don't know how to drive on a highway so they are typically going slow and weaving about in their lane. New Jersey drivers are in the far left lane, going at least 11 over the speed limit and you damn sure better get out of their way - they will honk, flash lights, and surge at your bumper if you don't do it quick enough.
The drivers in Idaho seemed pretty nice and calm, though there aren't many of them.
