lol, I just drove from Connecticut to Maine and back to pickup my daughter for Thanksgiving. I did not notice much difference between the three states, CT MA and ME (New Hampshire doesn't really count, I was only in it for about 10 minutes). Generally in New England (of course, I can speak for everyone!) Massachusetts drivers are considered the worst... but as posted earlier, during rush house it doesn't seem to matter where you are. Mass drivers seem to "lane hunt" during traffic - always looking for the "faster" lane.
Biggest problem, as usual, is people using cell phones (I don't care hands free or not). Cars speed up, then slow down... speed up, then slow down... as people talk and text. At least they could try cruise control, but no.
