I can't believe what I just read! I am a Pennsylvania resident and would never classify PA drivers as considerate or capable. They have the same attitude as most of the eastern states, "me first, it's all about me".
I spend a lot of time out in SD every year and I think South Dakota has some of the most considerate drivers anywhere. I find most of the western state to be more laid back and life a lot less hectic which may account for a friendlier lifestyle.
