Wrong. When it simply rains down here there are more accidents than any blizzard conditions I've seen on the Chicago Interstate. They are crashing all over during or after a rain.
I make a point of staying off the roads here in Florida after it rains. I had a better chance of not having an accident up North in the snow. :R
