I agree with the list. In my home town (about 10,000 people)most cars have a dent or two on them. At times I will notice a car and driver and think to myself that they are in for an accident based on how they are driving. In short order that car has damage. Driving is not a right. We should have much stiffer driving tests and those with several accidents should have their permits taken away. Sometimes people just need a time out for a while. We can't all be pilots and we can't all be drivers.
