Some new tires need to run for several thousand miles before they become broke in and run a straight line especially when towing a bumper pull trailer.
Until then they can exhibit tread roll which is similar to carcass roll. Both are similar in handling to running rear tires well below even a minimum pressure for the load causing sway issues.
Some tires with larger voids and lugs in the tread like the AT3 can be prone to tread roll as they have no solid rib in the tread to help the tire run straight.
My last new set of Bridgestone All Terrains exhibited terrible handling with a empty truck till around 4k-5k miles and they settled in.
