Been through the same thing with my current setup. when we bought it mine handles the same way! I went through the tire pressures and everything. then I weighed it one day and found I had almost 1500lbs of TW on a 9K lb trailer. What I ended up doing was moving things around inside the trailer and I got the TW down to 1200 lbs. HUGE difference! the trailer handled so much better. and then the final thing that cured it was new trailer tires. I went from ST "D" rated Chinese tires to ST "E" rated Carlisles. that was the final change that made another big difference. It took me almost 3 years to get it right, but it was worth it.
