- ShaungExplorerI was checking the rates and for a used 5 year loan the rate is about 7.25% and for a brand new one its about 4.69% for 10 years. The payments will be about the same.Im kinda leaning towards a new one.Grant it the LANs twice as long but I will Abe pece of mind.
- frankdampExplorerAnother alternative (which we used) was a home equity loan. No down payment, rates close to the mortgage and you get to have the title. We were lucky in that we had quite a lot of equity in the house, as we'd lived in it for 11 years.
- ShaungExplorerI am not sure if the units worth $20k I have t checked nada yet.Im assuming the bank won't finance $20 if its worth less
- SolidAxleDurangExplorer IIIf they'll loan 20k on the 5er you want,... Take the 20k... Make 4k first payment. Seems simple enough if you like doing business with them or they're the only ones around.
- midnightsadieExplorer II2009 you,ll need new tires etc ,take the twenty and pay down the loan when you get done refurbishing the rv. or a note on your home.
