Who Has The Best RV Refinance Rate Now?

I'm looking for a better RV loan rate. I bought my motorhome before the economy went into a crisis and the Fed cut rates to zero. I know that loan rates are not zero. My loan rate is 5.49%. Good Sam shows a refinance rate of 4.29% which is better. Are there better refinance rates out there? With my loan amount ($26,000) it only saves about $15 per month, but if that's the best I can do I will try to apply there.
