Who is this "Marcus" guy?

Question

When I first log onto rv.net the first thing I see under the logo is "New! Dear Marcus" with an explanation that this guy, Marcus, is eager to help all of us find what we're looking for by writing into this forum, as if Marcus is somehow the guy behind all this helpful info and not us helping each other.

Who is this guy and what does he do? I just see "Marcus" as a photo of a guy with a paragraph written next to his photo, nothing more. Makes no sense to me.

Someone, please, enlighten me.

Marcus Lemonis is the chairman and CEO of Good Sam Enterprises LLC, the company that owns and operates the Good Sam Club, the Camping World RV/RV accessory stores, and other enterprises, including this forum. Marcus has been very outgoing in helping RV'ers resolve any issues they might have with any of the GSE products or services.
