ST tires should be replaced at max of 5 years. yours were due! I just replaced my tires this year, had one shift a belt last year in IN. seen it at the campground when I was blocking the tires. I replaced that one and then the other 3 this spring. while doing the tires, when was the last time you had the wheel bearings serviced?
