Did it myself in 2011, they are the easy lube style(not sure the actual brand). I broke them down and inspected them prior to 2011 season and then hit them with a couple shoots of grease before each season. Nothing felt hot to the touch when I removed the tire, did it all with bare hands. Rim, side walls, and even tread that was wrapped around torsion axle and wedged between frame and hub were not bad.
