That's a good one. Sort of like study of Bill Gates, the study showed he is wasting his time to stop and pick up a $100.00 bill off the ground if it took more than 3 seconds, he would be losing money. You might have a shot at that type of money if you could pick up dog poop in 2 or 2 1/2 seconds. You would have to do a "time in motion study" to find exactly where break even point would be. If you couldn't find a study already done, check out federal grants.
