We buy what we want, personally, I only paid 1/2 of that for mine new, albeit only a class C not an A, I don't see me buying a cracker box like he's sitting in just to save a little money.
While many people are well off enough to pay cash, Most people find it necessary to finance large purchases, if I had waited till I had $35,000. (or more) saved up to pay cash, I'd never own an RV, same as a house, car or whatever.
