Wow, what a great welcoming committee for the new guy on the block.
One has to admit, his way of thinking is solid. But if you really want the new car smell, of course its a choice of old vs new. I bought a used MH because it had everything we wanted (and in some areas more) and was much more affordable. A new similar one would have cost almost double. Its 12 years old now and still looks good, never been even questioned at any park about its age. And we fulltime. With a new MH, we couldn't afford to fulltime.
