I am not a rich guy. Busted my hump to pay my bills thru life. Saved a little for retirement. Even though that was a daily living sacrifice. Salary was about average. For my wife and our kids.
Fast forward to today. We could buy a million dollar MH. And we could pay cash for it. And after we buy the MH, we could sell our 400K house, and have all that in equity in the bank.
But I prefer not to liquidate all our assets. Have a mid range 5'r and a nice truck. Financed at less than my 401K interest. The point is, there are a lot of people that are not rich. But they have lived life correctly. Have saved and sacrificed. And in later years, can start to enjoy the fruits of their lives. Why put them down for that?
Now if people cannot afford the MH. Then they are making bad judgements. And while I feel bad for their mistakes, I cannot feel bad for them.
