I use Firestone RideRite air bags on the rear of my F250 to keep everything level when it needs leveling. A simple addition or subtraction of air pressure gets the job done.
I also have a no-weight-transfer-hitch method to compensate for tongue weight: a front-hitch tool box that carries some 200 pounds of tools and related necessities. It nicely balances my trailer's tongue weight and provides a valuable storage feature. It is used everytime I tow.
I do use a couple of classic friction sway bars to take care of any sway issues that might crop up from wind, road surfaces, etc.
Everything is level, as verified by empirical measurements.
No sway. No floating headlights. No drama.
