Folks 'guesstimate' how much their stuff weighs and are usually under estimating what it really weighs.
What you are saying makes sense. But here's what 1000 lbs of clothes looks like:
I can't imagine having three times that amount of stuff loaded into ANY trailer, except maybe a toy hauler.
Not just clothes, dishes, TV's pots and pans, coffee maker BBQ, chairs, leveling blocks, and so on!!
